1. How do I return a sample?
No Return Authorization Number is required for sample returns. Samples can be returned for credit if they are returned within 21 days.

2. What do I do if I have an issue with my order after I receive it?
Please contact your Customer Service Territory Manager. No returns will be accepted for printed orders without a valid Return Authorization Number.

3. Who do I contact if I have a large quantity quote request?
If the quantity is double the end quantity listed in the catalog, contact your Customer Service Territory Manager for special pricing.

All Purchase Orders must be received in writing. No verbal requests will be accepted.

6. How do I order a sample?
You can order your sample online at www.k-and-r.com or email or fax your request to your Customer Service Territory Manager. Please provide your Courier Account number.

7. Who do I contact for my Co-op program?
Send Co-op requests with complete details to your customer service territory manager

8. Who do I contact for an import or overseas request?
You can email our import department at imports@k-and-r.com .

9. Will I receive a paper proof for an out of stock order?
Yes

10. What is my price if I order blank product?
You would take $0.15(X) off of your regular net price.

11. What do I do if I need a rush order?
Rush orders are a breeze with K&R! Simply contact your Customer Service Territory Manager with your in-hand date and order information and we will do everything in our power to get the order delivered on time.

12. What is normal production time?
Normal production time is 3 to 5 business days after receipt of complete purchase order (including imprint location, imprint color, and any other information required to produce your order), artwork approval, and credit approval. Please note that if you require a paper proof or product proof - production time does not begin until after you have approved your proof.

13. How do I get my password for the distributor area of the K&R website?
You would contact your Customer Service Territory Manager.

14. How do I check inventory levels on a product I am interested in?
You can check stock on-line at www.k-and-r.com or you can call your Customer Service Territory manager.

15. Where do I send my artwork?
You would send your artwork to your Customer Service Territory Manager.
